This 12 fl. oz. 63mm (63-2030 lug neck) clear paragon glass jar has a tall and straight profile, excellent for storing food products such as salsas, sauces, jam, spices and more. It is paired with a gold 63mm 63-2030 universal twist metal lug cap. The cap’s acid-resistant plastisol liner makes an excellent oxygen barrier, as it creates an air-tight hermetic seal when heated, providing a longer shelf life. It is compatible with applications requiring pasteurization and sterilization and runs at up to 800cpm depending on cap size and closure feeding systems. Both the jar and closure are also suitable for hot and cold filling of various food and beverage packaging applications. Additional benefits of glass include excellent strength, weight and compatibility for materials that cannot use plastic containers.
