55 Gallon Drum Pump W/ 40″ PVDF Tube, 1/2 HP TEFC Motor, 500 Cps, 40 Gpm (PF Series)

This is a totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) motor drum pump with a 2″ Dia. x 40″ L polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) tube with a max. flow of 40.0 gpm and a max. viscosity of 500 cps. This drum or barrel pump is ideal for light to medium viscosity liquids and high flow applications. Sealless and high performance, the barrel pump has dry run capability and a double suction impeller. The polyvinylidene difluoride (PVDF) construction can handle temperatures up to 120° F and offers durability and good chemical resistance. The drum pump works with liquids with a maximum specific gravity of 1.83.

The TEFC motor offers increased protection against dirt and moisture compared to open electric motors as it does not allow outside air to circulate freely throughout the interior of the motor. These motors tend to have a longer lifespan compared to open drip proof (ODP) motors. Drum Pumps are ergonomic as they can eliminate the need to lift containers during liquid transfer. The plastic tube is 40″ for use with 55 gallon drums and similar-sized containers. The discharge connection is a variable orifice barb. Versatile for multiple applications across industries, the drum or barrel pump offers easy disassembly for cleaning.
