55 Gallon Drum Pump W/ 40″ Stainless Steel Tube, 2 HP TEFC Motor, 7000 Cps, 6 Gpm (BT Series)

This is a 2 HP totally enclosed fan cooled (TEFC) motor drum pump with a 2″ Dia. x 40″ L 316 stainless steel tube and a max flow of 6.0 gpm and max viscosity of 7000 cps. This 55 gallon drum pump is suitable for medium to high viscosity liquids up to 200° F and can handle many mild corrosives as well as some polymers, adhesives, oils, resins, etc. It is ideal for applications with require high head and can be used for some sanitary or pure applications. The max specific gravity of this sealed drum pump is 1.80.

The TEFC motor offers increased protection against dirt and moisture compared to open electric motors as it does not allow outside air to circulate freely throughout the interior of the motor. These motors tend to have a longer lifespan compared to open drip proof (ODP) motors. Drum pumps are ergonomic as they can eliminate the need to lift containers during liquid transfer. The 316 stainless steel tube is 40″ for use with 55 gallon drums other similar-sized containers. Stainless steel is ideal for flammables such as fuels and solvents compared to plastic alternatives. The discharge connection is larger than traditional drum pumps and is a 1.5″ hose barb for high viscosity liquids.
