IBC Tote Pump W/48″ Stainless Steel Tube, 1-1/2 HP Air Motor, 30,000 Cps, 7 Gpm (HVDP Series)

This is a 1.5 HP air motor tote pump with a 2″ Dia. x 48″ stainless steel tube and a max flow of 7 gpm and max viscosity of 30,000 cps. This low reduction IBC tote pump is ideal for transferring high viscosity materials up to 180° F as it features a progressive cavity design. A planetary gear set reducer allows this pump to provide a smooth and non-pulsating flow. Typical applications include paints, adhesives, oils, etc. in the chemical and coatings industries. The max specific gravity is 1.80.

The air motor is non-electric and thus has a reduced possibility of explosion from igniting flammable material or combustibles during use allowing the motor to be a safer alternative than standard electric motors. Tote pumps can provide container-to-container liquid transfer when the tote is too heavy to lift. The 316 stainless steel tube is 48″ for use with 275 gallon IBC totes and other similar-sized containers. Stainless steel is ideal for more flammable such as solvents compared to plastic alternatives. The discharge connection is larger than traditional tote pumps and is a 2″ hose barb for high viscosity liquids. This tote pump offers quick disassembly for ease of cleaning due to its unique camlock feature.
