This static protection kit is designed to prevent the accumulation of static charge when transferring flammable or combustible liquids from container to container. Static charge can build up when flammables are pumped at high flow rates, which can ignite. Using a static protection kit significantly reduces this possibility when used with TT (designed for semi-viscous liquids) and PF (designed for high-flow liquids) series drum pumps with stainless steel pump tube construction.
